FAQ
Where do you ship to?
I’m happy to say that I ship my artwork all over the world. No matter where you are, you can enjoy a piece of my art in your space.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. For prints within the UK, fulfillment takes 2-5 days, with an additional 2-4 days for postage. International shipping times vary. Commissioned pieces and originals require custom shipping arrangements due to their unique and fragile nature. For more details, check out my delivery & returns policy [HERE].
Are the prints ready to ship or made to order?
All prints are made to order. This allows me to ensure the highest quality for each piece, tailored just for you.
What kind of paper are the prints made on?
The prints are produced on heavyweight, archival paper, designed to last a lifetime. This ensures your artwork remains vibrant and beautiful for years to come.
Can I return a print if I change my mind?
Since each print is specially made to order, I’m unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If there are any issues, such as damage or an incorrect item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll quickly work to resolve the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost. Including photos of the damage or incorrect item will help me assist you promptly.
How do I commission a painting?
Commissioning a painting is easy! Simply fill out the form on my commissions page, and we’ll work closely together to bring your vision to life. I’ll ensure the artwork complements your space perfectly.
Can I return commissioned artwork?
Because commissioned artworks are highly personalised, all sales are final. I do, however, ensure a collaborative process to align the artwork with your expectations, so you’re completely satisfied with the final piece. Learn more about the commission process [HERE].
What framing options are available?
To beautifully present your artwork, I offer custom framing options. I’ll browse a variety of frames from an online framer and provide you with screenshots of frames that might complement your painting. Together, we’ll select the perfect frame to suit your taste and home decor.
Can I pay in instalments?
For commissions and originals, I require a 50% deposit to secure your spot on my commission waiting list. The remaining balance is due upon completion, just before delivery, making it easy to manage your investment.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

How long does it take to complete a commission?

How do I care for and maintain my artwork?
To ensure your artwork remains in pristine condition, keep it out of direct sunlight, store it in a dry place, and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth—just as you would with any cherished piece of art.
Are deposits for commissions refundable?
Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they cover the initial materials and the time spent on designing and planning your unique piece. This will, of course, be confirmed during our commission discussion.
Can commissioned works be shipped internationally?
Yes, I can arrange international shipping for commissioned works. Your artwork will be securely packaged and shipped using a specialist courier service, ensuring it arrives safely.
